1. Chat with Us
Still planning your project?
Or ready to build?
This step helps ensure you start off with the right advice and clarification for any questions or concerns around Class 1A or council approved builds. -
2. Site & Pre-Approval Checks
Engage a Building Certifier or Town Planner for a preliminary site assessment using your site plan. This identifies any zoning, setback, or site restrictions early — ensuring your project is likely to meet council and building code requirements before moving forward.
-
3. Confirm Your Build
This step we will confirm your floor plan, inclusions, any customisations, and payment terms, then secure your place in our production schedule with a deposit, confirming your commitment and allowing us to begin the build and next steps.
-
4. Construction
Once your contract is finalised, your build will enter production — built in our quality-controlled factory with partnered manufacturers for consistent quality and reliable timelines.
-
5. Delivery & Installation
Once construction is finished the build is prepared for shipment. Then scheduled and delivered to your site for unloading and prep to begin the installation process.
-
6. Make It YOURS!
Now it's time for the best part - making it yours and personalising the space to feel more homely or comfortable for whether your space is for.
Certification & Installation Requirements
CabinTech provides documentation to help with the building certification. However, you’ll need to engage licensed professionals to complete on-site works, including:
- A plumber to connect water and sewer services
- An electrician to connect and certify power
- A building certifier to oversee approvals and issue the final occupancy certificate
Installation must be completed by a licensed builder or an approved owner-builder. You will also be responsible for organising development approvals, site preparation, service connections, inspections, and any site-specific requirements relevant to your location.
